Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba Pinnacle proved there’s no doing things by halves with a vibrant circus spectacular to mark the grand opening of its equally as extravagant $10 million Pinnacle Country Club at the weekend.
The event was officiated by Toowoomba Regional Council mayor Paul Antonio who described the new Country Club as “perhaps one of Queensland’s most spectacular”.
“I have been to many openings in my role as mayor and I can honestly say the Pinnacle Country Club is very impressive,” Cr Antonio told the Toowoomba Chronicle newspaper.
The Country Club’s list of inclusions is world-class.
There’s a 60-seat private cinema, ten pin bowling alley, state-of-the-art Milon gymnasium, observation deck, heated indoor pool and an outdoor infinity pool with sweeping views across the Toowoomba countryside towards Cranley.
The Country Club sits adjacent to the resort’s newly completed eight rink undercover championship lawn bowls green – a perfect combination for the home owner who likes to stay active and healthy while enjoying all those coveted social aspects that the next stage of life brings.
The grand opening event saw hundreds of VIP guests enjoy a host of circus-themed entertainment, live music, food and drinks.
Palm Lake Resort national sales manager Sue Baldwin told the Toowoomba Chronicle newspaper that the Country Club and resort itself represented the future of designer lifestyle communities.
“We’ve really stepped it up a notch with our interiors and all the inclusions we offer,” Sue says. “The response to this contemporary private resort community has surpassed all expectations.”
