The wait is over. Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba is now well into construction of its premier Over 50’s Resort. This new world-class Over 50’s resort-style living village is the culmination of 35 years of experience and commitment from a family-owned company.
Our Toowoomba location is a master-planned, security-gated lifestyle community built exclusively for the Over 50’s. It will set benchmarks in quality , with the facilities and homes built to the highest standards demanded by our customers.
This vibrant, safe, sustainable resort is set on approximately 30 acres surrounded by views of the distant ranges, located close to shops and medical facilities with easy access to all that this great city has to offer. There will be 219 quality homes on completion.
For the young at heart, the Resort will support an active lifestyle with an 8 rink lawn bowling green, 2 heated swimming pools, both with a spa, a fitness centre with a personal trainer. Activities will include exercise classes and art & craft lessons in the craft room. A fully equipped workshop is also to be built for those who like to tinker.
Other facilities at the Resort will include the magnificent Residents' Misty Ridge Club House, which will be the social hub of the Resort. The Resort has a 45 seat luxury cinema, library with computers and internet access, a fine dining room and relaxing lounge areas, dance floor, games room with billiard tables and dart boards, BBQ and outdoor entertainment areas, a wine cellar, commercial kitchen, and a flame grill. There will also be a Resort bus that takes you shopping, free caravan parking all included in the low site fee. The Resort will also have a visiting doctor and visiting hairdresser .
Our ever-popular Residents' Dinner is offered at one free weekly meal per household, and is a great way to meet other Residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
