The wait is over. Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba has now commenced construction of its premier Over 50’s Resort. This world class new Over 50’s resort-style living village is the culmination of 35 years of experience and commitment from a family owned company.
Our Toowoomba location is a master-planned security gated lifestyle community built exclusively for the over 50’s. It will set benchmarks in quality with the facilities and homes built to the highest standards demanded by our customers.
This vibrant, safe, sustainable resort is set on approximately 30 acres surrounded by views of the distant ranges, located close to shops and medical facilities with easy access to all that this great city has to offer. There will be 225 quality homes on completion.
For the young at heart, the resort will support an active lifestyle with an 8 rink lawn bowling green, tropical resort-style large swimming pool, a spa ,and a fitness centre with a personal trainer. Activities will include exercise classes and art & craft lessons in the planned craft room. A workshop is also to be built.
Other facilities at the Resort will include the magnificent residents' Misty Ridge Club House, which will be the social hub of the resort. The resort will also have a 45 luxury seat cinema, library with computers and internet access, a fine dining room and relaxing lounge areas, dance floor, games room with billiard tables, BBQ and outdoor entertainment areas, a wine cellar, commercial kitchen and a flame grill. There will also be a resort bus that takes you shopping and free caravan parking, a visiting doctor and a visiting hairdresser all included in the low site fee.
Our ever popular residents dinner will be offered at one free weekly meal per household, and is a great way to meet other residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Homes are architecturally designed, with space and energy efficiency in mind as well as affordability.
