When you purchase a home in our Over 50's Resort, you are buying peace of mind. At Penguin Resort there are no entry fees, no deferred management fees, no stamp duty, no council rates, no corporate fees. There are no hidden costs. All capital gains go to the Resident.
Penguin Resort is right next door to the Cowes 18 Hole Golf Course and the Phillip Island Lawn Bowls Club. The Resort has it's own Indoor Bowls area, an indoor heated pool (heated to 32 degrees every day) and a great barbecue area for the traditional Saturday night drinks with friends to discuss the days footy or have a sing and dance afterwards.
Penguin Resort has a magnificent Grand Hall which features a movie theatre; Grand Piano; dance floor; a huge games room where you can play table tennis, pool or billiards. Other activities on offer include line dancing, yoga, mild paced aerobics, chair based exercises or workout in the gym with a trainer. The Resort also has a library and a computer room with Broadband.
There is an elegant dining room. Every home in the Resort receives one free weekly meal. Our Resort Chef has fresh meals to take home and freeze if you don't want to cook. If you need somewhere to entertain family and friends our dining room is just the place.
