The Company has applied to build another 172 houses on an adjoining block of land at Bargara.  (The current development will consist of 226 home sites when completed).  The Company will also provide extra facilities such as an indoor heated lap pool (20 metre), sauna, new hall, billiards room, Theatre, tennis court and a covered full size Bowling green.
