Originally from New Zealand, Jim and Carol Walsh are the latest, soon-to-be residents at Palm Lake Resort Cooroy-Noosa. Moving from New Zealand to Australia in 1996, Jim and Carol bought a motorhome with the intention of travelling around the country. They made it as far as Bribie Island and just fell in love with the area. So they purchased their dream block of land and set off touring once again.
Since that time, Jim and Carol have moved to different homes and purchased different businesses across South-East Queensland and have been happily living in a lifestyle resort
on the Gold Coast. Last year however, the pair bought a coaster bus and had it converted into a motorhome so they could hit the road again. During their travels, they came across Palm
Lake Resort Bargara and absolutely fell in love with it – but they both desperately wanted to stay in South-East Queensland…
